Duties & Taxes Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes. These may apply to international orders and are not included in the shipping fee. 7. Returns & Refunds • Final Sale: All purchases are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed unless the item is defective. • EU Customers: If you are in the EU, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. • Non-EU Customers: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a defective product. • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong or a defective item, contact us within 48 hours.
